When two artists travelled to British Columbia together each have their sketchbook with them. Anne Savage redraws some of her original sketches, and joins them with poems as a Christmas gift for Florence Wyle.

 

The sketchbook has 15 graphite drawings by Savage, 13 poems by Wyle, and 1 poem by Emily Dickinson, on 37 leaves of cream laid paper, bound in cardboard covers faced with decorated japan paper (NGC. description).
