English independent film maker Derek Jarman, and gay rights activist, kept scrapbooks along side the ideas and production of his movies, such as Caravagio (1986), and Edward II (1991).

He made the books himself, or trransformed existing albums, to include parts of scripts, notes, dried plants, drawings, news clippings, poetry, photos, etc.
